Salem, New Hampshire Motorcycle Accident – A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a multi-vehicle accident that happened on Tuesday evening on Main Street. Around 6:20 p.m., several 911 calls were made to Salem police regarding a collision close to 354 Main St. In this incident, a motorcyclist had fallen to the ground.
Upon the arrival of officers, it was discovered that three vehicles were involved, and the motorcyclist was unresponsive on the pavement. Salem Fire personnel conveyed the injured rider to Lawrence General Hospital with injuries considered life-threatening.
Subsequently, the motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital in Boston and presently remains in critical condition, according to the statement provided by Smith. In the aftermath of the collision, Main Street remained inaccessible for several hours as the crash reconstruction unit of the Salem police conducted an inquiry.
Preliminary findings from the investigation indicate that a vehicle traveling in the eastbound lane on Main Street veered into the westbound lane, resulting in collisions with another car and the motorcycle.
