As soon as help arrived, Austin Lee Parker, a 19-year-old rider, began to regain consciousness. Despite their best attempts, Austin succumbed to his wounds at the scene. The southbound lanes of College Road were temporarily halted while police investigated the collision, which included a car and a motorcycle. The road has reopened since then.
