Argen Garcia was killed in a crash at an intersection in Gardendale, while his two brothers and their mother, 41-year-old Angela Garcia, remain in critical condition. One of the injured boys, Axell Garcia, passed away on Sunday after being on life support since the accident.

The family was involved in a car accident when the GMC Acadia they were traveling in was hit by a Chevrolet truck that allegedly ran a stop sign. The drivers of both vehicles suffered minor injuries, and authorities are currently investigating the incident.
