Antony Tiscareno Obituary – Antony Tiscareno, 16, and his brother Alonso, 11, both of Wadsworth, were identified as the two boys killed in a crash in Lindenhurst late Friday. Autopsy results revealed that both died from blunt force injuries due to the single-vehicle crash, as reported by the Lake County Coroner’s Office. The brothers’ address is in Wadsworth but has a Zion mailing address, according to authorities.
The boys were passengers in a car that hit a tree at around 11:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of Grand Avenue. Two other occupants, a 20-year-old man from Zion and a 20-year-old man from Beach Park, were hospitalized, with one in critical condition and the other’s condition unknown, police said.
The vehicle was traveling east on Grand Avenue when it left the roadway and struck a tree. The police found the vehicle on fire with the four occupants trapped inside. An investigation into the crash is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact Lindenhurst police at (847) 356-5400.
