Anthony is survived by his devoted wife, Neena Burgin (nee Rutter), and their four beloved children: Skyla, Naomi, Alina, and Anthony. He was the loving son of Gary Burgin and Antoinette Brown, and also cherished by his grandparents, Deborah Hailey and Vanessa Brown. Anthony’s extended family includes his siblings Gary, Nick, Nathan, Mathew, Niles, Selica, Isiah, Janiyah, Deborah, Nakia, and late brothers Thomas and Christopher. He was also a dear brother-in-law to Nicolette Brown and is remembered fondly by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at Anthony’s Viewing and Funeral, scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Church of Saint Monica, located at 17th & Ritner Sts., Philadelphia, PA 19145. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. The internment will be private.
