Alex Roy Obituary, Death – The death of Alex Nayati Roy, who was twenty years old at the time of his passing, occurred on Monday, March 11, 2024, in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. The sixteenth of January, 2004, was the day he was born in the city of DuBois. His parents, Daniel Albert Roy and Rebecca Lynn (Lunger), as well as his biological father, Paul Wehrle, are all originally from the town of Punxsutawney. He is the biological son of the couple. At the age of twenty, Alex received his diploma from Punxsutawney Area High School, where he had attended. A recent celebration was held by him and his girlfriend, Alissa Tarr-Merchel, to commemorate the birth of their child, Greyson Nayati Roy.
There were a few different types of sports that Alex enjoyed engaging in, including dirt motorcycles, Motocross, and AWRCS woods racing. When Alex was a child, he was just as ecstatic, full of energy, and captivating as he was when he was an adult. After completing his primary education at St. Andrew the Apostle School in Algiers, he went on to complete his high school education at Jesuit High School in 2012. Over the course of his youth and adolescence, he was, above all else, constantly busy. It was difficult to keep him motionless, but it was a blessing for everyone who knew him. In spite of the fact that he had a wide range of interests, including skateboarding, music, and bicycling, to name just a few, he was absolutely exceptional when it came to baseball.
While playing outfield for Jesuit’s baseball team that won the state championship in 2011, Alex was a proud contributor to the squad. After that, Alex went to Ole Miss, where he became a member of the Kappa Alpha Order and met a lot of friends who would stay with him for the rest of his life from all over the southeast. He never lost his high-octane attitude or his captivating smile, which was always the brightest in the room, that he possessed during his time in college. Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree, he relocated to Austin, Texas, where he launched a prosperous career in the real estate industry. After meeting Danielle Minus at Ole Miss, Alex tied the knot with her in the year 2022.
Their picture-perfect wedding in Scotland took place in a castle that looked like something out of a fairy tale. Alex’s life was enriched immensely by the grace, generosity, and patience that Danielle possessed. The various activities that Alex enjoyed doing in his adult life were golf, fitness, horology, and spending time with his cherished dog Satchmo. He was intensely committed in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and served as a firm support pillar for a large number of other young men in Austin who struggled from addiction in a similar manner. Recently, he started working part-time at a treatment facility, which is a clear indication that his deeds do speak louder than words in this regard.
It was with great enthusiasm that he accepted his position as uncle to Garner and Winnie Roy, who had a deep affection for him. Additionally, he is survived by his mother Barbara Bordelon, his father Jamie Bordelon, his brother Tripp and his wife Emily, and his maternal grandmother Barbara Bordelon. This is not even taking into account the enormous number of members of his extended family. The Immaculate Conception Church, which can be found in New Orleans at 130 Baronne Street, will be the location of the visitation that will take place on Monday, November 27 at 1:00 pm.
