Aiden J Zeallor Obituary, Death; – Pennsylvania State Police are conducting an investigation into a shooting and a two-vehicle collision that occurred early Saturday morning on I-95, resulting in the death of a Levittown man and injuries to two others.
Authorities are also searching for a third vehicle and driver, who are believed to be connected to the shooting incident. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Aiden J. Zeallor from Bristol Township. According to Trooper Paul Holdefer, the case is being treated as a homicide. A reward of $20,000 for information regarding the suspected shooter has been posted on the “Friends of Ryan” Facebook page associated with Archbishop Ryan High School, although the source of the reward remains unspecified.
Zeallor and an unnamed 21-year-old man from Smyrna, Delaware, were traveling in a 1984 Mustang, which was located several yards behind a 2009 Acura TL on the northbound side of I-95, between Bridge Street and Cottman Avenue in the Frankford area.
The Acura was discovered abandoned at 2:30 a.m. in the right lane of the highway, exhibiting significant rear-end damage, while the Mustang sustained considerable front-end damage.
Both vehicles displayed numerous bullet holes, including in the front windshield of the Mustang. A spokesperson for the state police indicated that the shooting appears to have stemmed from a road rage incident.
The driver of the Mustang suffered a gunshot wound to the head, while his passenger was injured in the crash. Both individuals were transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital.
Although the state police press release did not clarify whether Zeallor was driving or a passenger in the Mustang, social media reports suggest he was the driver.
Troopers discovered that the 26-year-old driver of the Acura, who remains unidentified, was taken from the scene and transported to Temple University Hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to his upper left leg.
The incident resulted in the closure of northbound I-95 for several hours. A family friend has initiated a GoFundMe campaign for the Zeallor family, which has raised over $17,500 as of Thursday morning to support Zeallor’s mother and family.
Additionally, a food train for Zeallor’s family is available online at
