He was able to cultivate a supportive working atmosphere in which everyone felt respected and was given the authority to achieve success. Apart from the achievements he achieved in his professional life, Neal Ward was a cherished friend and member of his family. His contagious laughter, bright smile, and sympathetic personality won over the hearts of everyone who had the extraordinary opportunity to know him.
A huge vacuum has been left in the lives of individuals whose lives Neal touched as a result of his absence. Neal’s presence illuminated the room.
