Max Austin Mooney,Desiree Paula Noelle Mooney Obituary, Death;- A GoFundMe campaign has been established for the couple who tragically lost their lives in a suspected DUI incident on Stockdale Highway.
The victims have been identified as 30-year-old Max Austin Mooney and 30-year-old Desiree Paula Noelle Mooney. According to the coroner’s report, both individuals were passengers in the vehicle involved in the accident.
On Sunday, March 16, an Uber driver was struck by a suspected DUI motorist, who has been named by authorities as 21-year-old Annabel Correa. Two passengers in the Uber sustained injuries, while Max and Desiree unfortunately did not survive.
The GoFundMe campaign states, “No parent should have to bury their children, but it is with this heartbreaking reality that I reach out on behalf of the Garcia and Mooney families. Several families experienced the loss of their children that day, and while some may find a way to heal, the absence of Desiree and Max will be felt indefinitely.”
