When it comes to the ideal side dish for a burger, coleslaw is not the answer. If someone suggests it, it would be wise to seek out a location that offers french fries instead. The terms “healthy” and “French fries” are rarely associated with one another. It is widely recognized that while fries are derived from potatoes, they do not possess the same health benefits as a fresh, leafy salad.
For those who still find themselves reaching for fries and are curious about their health implications, Cheapism has conducted research and ranked the fries from over 20 fast-food chains, categorizing them from the healthiest to the least healthy options.
