Chase Bowles Obituary, Death – In the early hours of Friday, a devastating crash occurred on Illinois Route 4, just north of U.S. Route 40 in St. Jacob, claiming the lives of three young individuals. The Illinois State Police responded to the scene around 3:45 a.m., where the heartbreaking incident had unfolded.

According to initial reports, a southbound vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Chase Bowles, tragically crossed the center line on Route 4, just north of Old State Route 4. The ensuing collision was head-on, involving a northbound car occupied by two young women, identified as 21-year-old Emily Morton and Jayda Fulkerson, also 21.

The outcome of the crash was tragic, as all three individuals involved lost their lives in the devastating collision.
