Mark Simons Obituary, Death – On a somber Monday morning, our close-knit community was struck by a profound loss. The brother of our dear friend, Johnny Simons, left us tragically, leaving a void that seems impossible to fill. Mark Simons, a man known and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him, was a true gem, and his passing has left a hole in all our hearts.
Mark was the kind of person who epitomized friendship. He’d go to great lengths for anyone, expecting nothing in return. Such individuals are rare, and we were fortunate to have him in our lives. His love for all things mechanical was undeniable, and his famous motto, “If you can’t fix it, YouTube it,” never failed to make us smile.
In honor of this incredible Grandfather, Father, Son, Brother, and Friend, we are organizing a send-off that befits his extraordinary life. Mark’s passion for vehicles of all kinds was unwavering. Whether it had an engine, he adored it, and we want to pay tribute by bringing together as many motorcycles, rally cars, sports cars, and any other vehicles as possible to join the procession.
We will gather at Leekes in Cross Hands top car park between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM before accompanying Mark to his final resting place.

The funeral will be held at Dewi Sant Church, Tumble, at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 21st. Following the service, we invite all to join us at the Diplomat Hotel in Llanelli for a celebration of Mark’s life.
