Simajah Harris Obituary, Death; – Cuyahoga County prosecutors have announced that a 24-year-old individual has been indicted in relation to a fatal shooting that occurred in downtown Cleveland last year. According to investigators, Simajah Harris, aged 24, was fatally shot outside the Frozen Daiquiri Bar located on Bolivar Road on December 28, 2024.
Deshon Baker was apprehended by U.S. Marshals on February 13 in the vicinity of Sidney Drive in Euclid. Cleveland police report that an altercation took place between Baker and Harris outside the bar, during which Baker discharged a firearm, hitting Harris.

His arraignment is set for March 11, as per court documents.
