Hanh T Burns Obituary, Death; – A woman has lost her life following an explosion and subsequent house fire in Harristown on Saturday. Shortly before 12:30 p.m., emergency services received numerous reports of an explosion occurring near the intersection of S. Twinlakes Rd. and W. Main St.
Upon arrival, first responders discovered a severely damaged building engulfed in flames. The deceased, identified as 72-year-old Hanh T. Burns, was located at the explosion site on W. Macon Street. An autopsy is forthcoming, and the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Office is conducting an investigation to determine the cause and origin of the explosion and fire.
