Vanessa Perez Obituary, Death; – Authorities have disclosed the identity of the individual who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Chicopee earlier this month.
According to the Hampden District Attorney’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched to the 1200 block of Abbey Memorial Drive at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, following reports of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian succumbed to their injuries. On Friday, the District Attorney’s office confirmed the victim as 34-year-old Vanessa Perez from Springfield. The incident is still under investigation by the Chicopee Police and the District Attorney’s office.
