Nathan Stepler Obituary, Death – 2023-09-13 Wednesday, September 13th- An accident that took place early yesterday morning in the northern portion of the Franklin neighborhood has resulted in the passing of a man who was a resident of that section of the city. According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Nathan Stepler, 30, of Dry Run, was riding his Kawasaki 600 motorbike when it collided with a Jeep that was being driven by a man in Newburg who was 72 years old.
The driver of the Jeep was injured as a result of the collision. The collision occurred on Tuesday morning at about 6:10 a.m., and according to the police, the Jeep was stopped while it was turning onto Roxbury Road from Lurgan Road when Stepler’s bike struck it. The accident took place on Lurgan Road. According to the findings of the investigation, Stepler was attempting to come to a stop on the motorcycle but was unable to maintain control of it and was ejected from it when it crashed with the Jeep at an acute angle.
The severity of Stepler’s injuries caused him to pass away, despite the fact that he was wearing motorcycle protection gear, as stated by the troopers. There were no reported injuries to the 72-year-old man who was driving the Jeep, according to the reports. The police did not issue any citations as a result of the collision that occurred earlier.
