Alberto Molinet Death – The officials arrested Alberto Molinet, after a young child alerted the officials that 70 years old father killed her mother early on Sunday morning, September 10, 2023. According to a report that was made public by the Miami-Dade County Police Department on Monday, the youngster informed investigators about the incident that led to her mother’s death.

The homicide took place at a mobile home located in Royal Duke Park, which is tucked away in a commercial district to the south of the Airport Expressway. According to the affidavit used for the arrest, a dispute occurred at approximately 12:40 in the morning. According to the report, the child stated that she witnessed her father, Alberto Molinet, get an unloaded gun out of an unlocked safe that was located in the living room area.
He then allegedly attempted to shoot at her mother, who then rushed to hide in the toilet. The kid said she observed all of this happen. According to the investigation, Molinet loaded the handgun, shot through the door of the bathroom, opened the door, and when the victim’s mother tried to push him away, he bit her and pulled the trigger again until she went down bleeding.
Molinet then opened fire on the victim. According to the authorities, the girl dialed 911. A little after one in the morning, fire and rescue personnel discovered her mother dead. According to the records, detectives went to the Doral police headquarters at approximately 8:45 in the morning, seized the revolver, questioned Molinet, and then arrested him.
According to the records, Molinet was booked by correctional authorities from Miami-Dade County at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, and he was being held without bond on Monday.
Molinet, who is of Cuban birth and stands at a height of approximately 1 meter, was present in court on Monday. He is being accused of murder in the second degree with the use of a weapon. The case is currently being presided over by Zachary N. James, a circuit judge for Miami-Dade County.
