Tony Guerrero Obituary, Death; – A domestic incident involving family members occurred on Tuesday night in north Lubbock, resulting in two fatalities and one individual sustaining serious injuries.
Lubbock police reported that officers responded to a call regarding gunfire at 9:14 p.m. on Tuesday in the 700 block of Wabash Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered three individuals with gunshot wounds, one of whom was already deceased.
Investigators suspect that a domestic altercation took place, during which John Guerrero, aged 33, shot his mother and her spouse before turning the weapon on himself.
The victims, identified as 61-year-old Rosa Salazar Guerrero and 61-year-old Tony Guerrero, both sustained severe injuries and were transported by emergency medical services to University Medical Center. Tony Guerrero was subsequently pronounced dead.
