Kyle Kunkle,Carina L Kapraun Obituary, Death; – The Fulton County Coroner has confirmed the identities of two individuals who lost their lives in a double-fatality accident that occurred on Monday afternoon.
The deceased driver of the SUV has been identified as Carina L. Kapraun, a 39-year-old resident of Astoria. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident, which took place on U.S. 24 near Rice Lake.
The driver of the pickup truck has been identified as Kyle Kunkle, a 55-year-old from Humble, Texas. Kunkle was pronounced dead at Graham Hospital in Canton.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing, as reported by the coroner’s office. According to the Illinois State Police, the pickup truck was traveling eastbound on U.S. 24, just west of Brown Road in Fulton County, when it crossed the center line and entered westbound traffic.
