Eugene Warren Obituary, Death; – A tragic incident has resulted in the death of a young man after his vehicle collided with a culvert and subsequently ignited.
On January 11, shortly after 2 a.m., the Louisiana State Police (LSP) initiated an investigation into a single-vehicle accident on Louisiana Highway 84, close to Roberts Road. The incident resulted in the fatality of 19-year-old Eugene Warren from Timpson, Texas.
During the course of the investigation, officers determined that Warren was operating a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe traveling eastbound on LA Highway 84. For reasons yet to be established, he veered off the left side of the roadway, collided with a culvert, and was engulfed in flames.
Warren was declared deceased at the scene. It remains unclear whether Warren was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. While impairment is not believed to be a factor, samples have been collected for further analysis.
