Alyssa Rodriguez Obituary, Death;- A 23-year-old woman lost her life in a single-vehicle accident, according to the Dallas police.
Officers arrived at the scene of the incident at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Sunday, located at the intersection of Northwest Highway and North Buckner Boulevard, as stated in a press release from the Dallas police. Investigators determined that the driver and a passenger were traveling eastbound on East Northwest Highway when they lost control of the vehicle, resulting in the crash.
The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, as reported by the police. Initially, Dallas police identified the deceased passenger as Alyssa Rodriguez, but later issued a correction on Sunday evening, identifying her as Sara Gonzalez, also aged 23.
The driver, who was later identified as Rodriguez in the correction, sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. She has since been arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter, according to police reports. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, as stated by the police.
