According to reports from the Florida Highway Patrol, a deadly accident that occurred on Sunday evening in Pinellas County resulted in the man being ejected from his motorcycle.
At approximately 8:53 p.m., state troopers received a call about a woman from Largo who was traveling north on State Road 688. She made a left turn under the guidance of a flashing yellow left turn signal at the intersection of 130th Avenue North. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a biker from Clearwater with 20 years of experience was traveling south when the woman made the turn and hit him.
According to the officers, he was ejected from the motorcycle. The man was reportedly transferred to a local hospital, but he could not recover from his injuries and passed away there. The woman received only relatively minor wounds.
