She died leaving those that knew her in shock and disbelief. She was confirmed dead through a Facebook post made on Saturday 5th August 2023 that says “Why my lord u must take another amazing woman away not only from us but from her three amazing boys!! Alicia Underwood saying fairwell isn’t something i do”.

Although she made her home in Wausau, Wisconsin, she was born in the nearby town of Marathon. She received her diploma from the Marathon High School, from which she graduated in the year 1998. She received her education from Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin. In addition, Alicia was unrelenting in her pursuit of education and the advancement of her professional career.
