David Perecman, a beloved father, husband, friend, and esteemed attorney on November 14, 2024. He was said to have died peacefully in his sleep while in Florida.
David subsequently established The Perecman Firm, transforming it from a vision into a legacy that has persisted for more than four decades. David was renowned for his exceptional trial lawyering, which was characterized by a distinctive and personal manner. However, his approach could only be fully appreciated by those who had the opportunity to observe him in the courtroom.
He was genuinely one-of-a-kind, hysterical, silly, eccentric, passionate, warm, and brilliant. His career was dedicated to assisting the injured and vulnerable, and he was a fervent advocate for his clients. His compassion and drive were truly inspiring.
His principles, grit, and genuine concern had a profound impact on the numerous attorneys who had the privilege of working alongside him, including his son, Zach, who now continues his father’s dedication to assisting others at the firm.
