Aiken High School Shooting Investigations – Aiken Police Department is investigating reports of a serious fight at the campus of Aiken High School Thursday morning. According to reports, the school campus was placed on lockdown as tons of officers arrive at the location for investigation.
A large brawl involving students escalated to weapons allegedly drawn by students involved. The incident prompted a heavy police presence at the school campus. An update from the police departments reads;
There is currently a large law enforcement presence at Aiken High after the City of Aiken Aiken Department of Public Safety responded for a fight in progress. The situation is under control at this time and there are no current threats to any students.
