Killian Walker Obituary, Death – An early-Friday morning collision on Columbia’s West Old Plank Road claimed one life.
Killian Walker, 18, of Macon was murdered, according to the Columbia Police Department, after the vehicle he was riding in crashed in the 800 block of Old Plank Road at around two in the morning.
Ty Xeven Raine Frey, 18, of Macon, was driving when he reportedly veered off the road and struck a tree, according to the police.
Frey is accused with first-degree involuntary manslaughter, recklessly operating a motor vehicle, and being a minor who was visibly inebriated with a blood alcohol content of more than.02 percent.
Police reported that Frey and two other passengers sustained minor injuries.
Police said in court filings that the bumper was torn off and thrown some thirty yards behind the vehicle.
