Shooting: 3 Homes, 1 car Struck by Bullets in Akron Neighborhood, Suspect Unidentified
AKRON, Ohio
: Police in an Akron neighborhood verified that three homes and one automobile were hit by gunfire on Thursday night. Detectives are in need of assistance in identifying the shooter.
At 9:35 p.m. on September 12, Akron police received a complaint of “multiple rapid gunshots being fired,” so they dispatched officers to the 700 block of Barbara Avenue.
According to the APD, officers found bullet holes in three homes and one SUV.

There were no reports of shooting-related injuries.
The number of suspects and the reason behind the shooting are unknown.
