Ian Lee mourns Brooklyn Carter
In her paraphrased statement, Ian Lee has expressed her condolences towards Brooklyn Carter; “…Although I am aware of it, I find it incomprehensible that the happiest and most driven person in the planet could have passed away. I saw so much potential in you from just the little videos you would record and upload to the internet that I had nightmares about being at one of your concerts. Not because there were problems between us, but more because our lives had taken us in various places, we hadn’t spoken in years. You had so much to say and so much to tell me when I finally worked up the courage to ask about your musical goals. I used to think, “She’s really going to do it,” when I saw images of you playing your guitar, even if it didn’t work out. I’m devastated. I’m completely broken. All of the memories from church, high school, and our reunion are things I will always cherish. Although I am sorry you are no longer among us, I am happy you are at peace…”
