Paige N. Calich Obituary, – The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the woman who was fatally shot early Sunday in Summit Lake as 24-year-old Paige N. Calich from Akron.
Law enforcement officials responded to reports of a shooting at 14 Socrates Place around 12:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, they found Calich suffering from a gunshot wound to her torso. She was then taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. The assailant reportedly fled the scene on foot after the incident. The investigation into this matter is ongoing. Akron police were not available for comment on Monday morning.
