Craig Garnett Obituary: Craig Garnett, a trumpet player, electrician, technician, sound engineer, and gentleman, has died. It is with a heavy heart that we wish to inform everyone that Craig Garnett, our longtime trumpet player and repairer of anything electrical, died away yesterday. His passing has left us with a deep sense of sorrow.
Certainly, he will be sorely missed. Donna and Paige Garnett, along with the rest of his family, have our deepest condolences upon his passing. Our good friend and Made in Motor-City’s “sound tech,” Craig Garnett, went suddenly while he was on a cycling vacation. It is with a great deal of sadness and regret that we convey the news of his passing.
In addition to being a longtime friend to several members of the band, Craig has been a part of the concert from the very beginning, bringing the distinctive sound of MiM to audiences all over the United Kingdom.
During this difficult time, our deepest condolences go out to Donna, Paige, and Craig’s siblings and their families. Those who are a part of the MiM troupe will miss Craig terribly. Know that we all love you, dear friend, and rest in peace.
