Allie Wahlig of Rochester, Minnesota, and an Attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright has tragically passed away. She was announced dead in a social media statement that read “My heart breaks as I learned an attorney at my firm passed during childbirth this weekend. I cannot fathom the pain and grief this family is experiencing. Should you feel compelled to donate to support, the link is below. Who was Allie Wahlig?
It was patent litigation that Alexandra “Allie” Wahlig specialized in as an intellectual property disputes associate. The development of noninfringement and invalidity positions, working with technical experts, coordinating written discovery and document production, drafting claim construction and dispositive motions, and trial preparation are just some of the aspects of complex patent litigation that she has experience with.
She has represented clients in a large number of cases that have been heard in federal district courts. Allie has experience in a wide range of technological fields, including, but not limited to, medical devices, battery and electrochemical technologies, and networking security. In addition to being a mother to Emma Wahlig, A was a devoted wife to Brian Wahlig. She attended The University of Texas School of Law
and also attended Rice University.
