Missing Paislee Lay Found Safe – Police have canceled the Amber Alert for Paislee Lay as of 7:30 p.m. They said she was found safe. A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-month-old missing out of Simpsonville, Kentucky. The alert was issued just before 7 p.m. Friday for Paislee Lay. She is described as having blonde hair, blue eyes, and weighing around 10 pounds. Police say she was last seen wearing a pink onesie. Officials say she was last seen in Simpsonville with 28-year-old Michael Lay.
Police say that Michael Lay has a dirty blonde beard, black hair, blue eyes, is around six feet tall, weighing 160 pounds. They say he also has a scar on one of his cheeks. He may be driving a green 1998 Buick Le Sabre with license plate K2R477. The car also has tape over the right headlight and may not have had the license plate attached. Anyone with information about Paislee’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
