Brooklyn McKenzie Strawhorn Obituary, – Brooklyn McKenzie Strawhorn Obituary,The woman who lost her life in a single vehicle crash on Concord Rd has been identified by the Anderson Co. Office of the Coroner. The tragic incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. The Anderson Co. Fire Department, Medshore EMS, Anderson Co. EMS, and South Carolina Highway Patrol all responded to the scene.
The victim, Brooklyn McKenzie Strawhorn, 29, was discovered outside her vehicle and was declared deceased by EMS personnel. Strawhorn succumbed to multiple traumatic injuries caused by blunt force trauma when her vehicle collided with a utility pole. The investigation suggests that she was traveling south on Concord Rd and lost control of her vehicle. Sadly, Strawhorn was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle. The coroner has stated that the investigation is still ongoing.
