Jacoby R. Ruggs,Sade Mose Obituary – On June 17, a single-vehicle crash in Mobile County resulted in the deaths of four individuals and left a fifth person injured. The victims’ identities were officially disclosed by authorities on July 11. Jacoby R. Ruggs, Sade Mose, Jamariyah S. Thomas, and Jaglen P. Robinson, all residents of Mobile, were the fatalities.
The accident occurred when the Honda Accord driven by Ruggs veered off Interstate 65, struck a culvert, and overturned. None of the victims were wearing seatbelts, and all were ejected from the vehicle. Senior Trooper Joshua Thompson confirmed that Ruggs, Mose, Thomas, and Robinson were pronounced dead at the scene, while another passenger, Princeton M. Warren, sustained injuries and was taken to the University of South Alabama Hospital. The release of the victims’ identities was delayed due to the extensive investigation.
