Carol Jean Vosburgh Obituary, – The cyclist who was struck by a vehicle on East Frontage Road in the Campobello community of Spartanburg County has been identified by the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office. Following the incident on Wednesday morning, the cyclist was transported to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center by EMS. Unfortunately, the cyclist passed away, prompting the coroner to be notified. The individual has been identified as 78-year-old Carol Jean Vosburgh of Landrum, South Carolina by Spartanburg County Coroner, Rusty Clevenger.
