Santos Rios Ventura Obituary, – The death of a man discovered in a Reedley orchard on Sunday evening is currently under investigation by authorities. Dispatchers were alerted to a potentially injured man near the intersection of Buttonwillow and Springfield avenues.
Upon arrival, Reedley police officers and emergency medical personnel found the man deceased in the orchard and determined that his injuries were consistent with homicide. The victim has been identified as Santos Rios Ventura, 46. As the incident falls under county jurisdiction, detectives from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have been called in to handle the case.
The investigation is ongoing, and as of now, no arrests have been made.
