Clifton Edward Barrow Obituary – The man who died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 211 on the far Northwest Side has been identified as 57-year-old Clifton Edward Barrow by the medical examiner. According to police, the motorcyclist was traveling at a high speed on State Highway 211 near the Government Canyon State Natural Area just before 7:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Investigators believe that the motorcyclist lost control when the road curved, causing them to be ejected from the motorcycle and onto the side of the road. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident is currently under investigation.
