Obituary, – The deceased individual from a tragic collision on a highway in the Northwest Side has been named by the medical examiner as Anthony Charles Blood lll, a 25-year-old man. The fatal incident occurred around 6 a.m. on Wednesday on State Highway 151 close to West Military Drive. According to authorities, the driver veered across the grassy median and collided with a truck on the opposite side, resulting in the sedan splitting in two. Both halves of the vehicle ended up on different sides of the highway, with the victim being ejected from the car and declared deceased at the scene
