Kevin Harris Obituary, Man shot dead in Wilmington East Side community identified

Kevin Harris Obituary – The Wilmington police have identified Kevin Harris, a 49-year-old man who was fatally shot early Thursday. According to the police, Harris was shot around 1:05 a.m. in the 900 block of Lombard St. Although responding officers found him, he succumbed to his injuries. Harris is the ninth person to have been killed by gunfire in Wilmington this year.
