Gabriel Cruz-Rincon Obituary – The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office has identified Gabriel Cruz-Rincon as the 29-year-old man who lost his life in a traffic collision on the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway in the Pomona area.
