Jessica St. Jules Obituary, – The Niagara regional police have pressed charges against a 20-year-old man in relation to the passing of Jessica St. Jules, a Hamilton woman who was discovered deceased in Niagara last month. On Tuesday, the Hamilton man was charged with second-degree murder. He is currently in custody and will have a bail hearing on Wednesday in St. Catharines, Ont.
St. Jules’s body was located in a ditch on the west side of Nineteenth Street in the town of Lincoln on June 8. She was 27. Police stated that she is survived by her daughter, mother, and siblings. An online obituary described her as “kind-hearted, loving, and caring.”
St. Jules was last seen entering a Dodge Grand Caravan on Barton Street in Hamilton at around 4:20 a.m., just hours before she was discovered around 40 kilometers away, according to the police. Last month, authorities released an image of the vehicle and the driver and urged them to surrender to police custody. St. Jules’s passing marks the seventh homicide in the Niagara Region this year.
