Devin Ratliff Obituary, Motorcyclist dead from 82nd Avenue crash identified

Devin Ratliff Obituary – The victim of a fatal motorcycle crash on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland on June 14 has been identified by police as 40-year-old Devin Ratliff. Ratliff was traveling southbound on his motorcycle when he collided with a Honda CRV attempting to turn off Southeast Mitchell Street. Ratliff was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the car stayed to assist with the investigation. No arrests have been made, and anyone with information is urged to contact Portland police.
