Daviawn Blackmon Obituary, – A 13-year-old boy, Daviawn Blackmon, was fatally shot in the Chickasaw neighborhood of Louisville on Wednesday night. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Blackmon died from a gunshot wound in the 3800 block of West Broadway. Louisville Metro Police responded to a reported shooting on South 38th Street, near West Broadway, at around 10:30 p.m. Blackmon was found at the scene and pronounced dead. The LMPD’s Homicide Unit is currently investigating the incident, and as of now, there are no suspects or arrests.
