Michael Welch Obituary – Kansas City, Kansas authorities have confirmed the identity of a teenager who tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting incident earlier this week. The victim, Michael Welch, aged 17, was found in the 4800 block of Steele Road.
Along with Welch, two other individuals sustained injuries during the shooting. Upon arriving at the scene late on the night of June 26, officers discovered Welch outside a residence. The two additional victims were promptly taken to hospitals for treatment of their non-life-threatening injuries.
