Ashley Lewis Obituary, – The deceased individual from the crash in Greene County overnight has been identified as Ashley Lewis, 34, of Xenia. The incident occurred in Spring Valley Township and was reported to authorities around 12:45 a.m. on U.S. 42 just north of Richland Road. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Lewis was driving a Subaru Forester in the wrong direction on U.S. 42 and collided with a Ford F250 traveling in the opposite direction. Sadly, Lewis succumbed to her injuries at the scene, while the Ford driver, Lee Day, 41, of Spring Valley, was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital in critical condition. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
