Roger Letson, Valerie Letson Obituary – Roger Letson, aged 61, and Valerie Letson, aged 58, were discovered deceased in their residence by Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies during a welfare check. On the morning of May 22nd, at approximately 7:27 a.m., law enforcement was dispatched to the 9900 block of North Newville Road to perform a welfare check. Upon arrival, authorities commenced an investigation which led to the discovery of the deceased individuals.
At present, authorities have indicated that there are no suspects in connection to the incident. Law enforcement has stated that the occurrence seems to be confined to the household.
Initial findings from the autopsy reveal that Roger Letson’s death was caused by homicidal firearm-related injuries, while Valerie Letson’s death was also due to firearm-related trauma.
Further examinations are currently being conducted, and the Rock County Sheriff’s Department continues to look into the matter.
