Alan G. Doty, Alan J. Doty Obituary – On Wednesday, the identities of the three deceased individuals discovered in an Elgin apartment last month were finally determined. The Elgin Police Department reached out to the Kane County coroner on May 30, seeking assistance in identifying the three males found lifeless within a residence located in the 100 block of South State Street.
Following their discovery, the bodies were transferred to the Kane County Morgue, where a thorough autopsy was conducted the following day. The preliminary findings revealed that all three men had succumbed to fatal gunshot wounds.
Subsequently, the men were identified as Alan G. Doty, Alan J. Doty, and Marc W. Doty. However, it remains uncertain whether they were brothers or had any familial connection.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths is still ongoing, and no additional information is currently available.
