Gayle Steele Obituary – Police reported that a vehicle was discovered on Tuesday following a fatal hit-and-run incident in Greensboro last week. On Thursday, just after 9 p.m., law enforcement responded to a hit-and-run at the intersection of West Cone Boulevard and Dellwood Drive.
The victim, a pedestrian, tragically passed away at the scene after being struck by the suspect who fled the scene. The family informed FOX8 that the victim, identified as Gayle Steele, 70, of Greensboro, was hit while putting up garage sale signs.
