Frank R. Johnson Jr Obituary – The man who lost his life in a single-vehicle accident on May 31 in Janesville has been identified by the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department as Frank R. Johnson Jr., a 42-year-old resident of Janesville. The incident occurred at 7:07 p.m. close to the intersection of South Jackson Street and State Street.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered the vehicle overturned on its side in the grassy area on the east side of the street. Authorities suspect that excessive speed played a role in the crash. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
