Desmond William Lane Obituary – A male individual was fatally shot in Wilkinsburg on Saturday evening. Per the Allegheny County police, a report was received by 911 just prior to 8 p.m. regarding a shooting incident on Ross Avenue in the 400 block.
Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered an adult male victim with gunshot injuries. Regrettably, the victim was declared deceased at the scene. The deceased individual has been identified as Desmond William Lane, aged 26, hailing from Wilkinsburg, by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
An investigation is being launched by detectives.
